This week the fantastic Hugo Finley joined the team at Factory.
Hugo has joined our team as Senior Operations Manager. This will involve client liaisons, project management, finances and kicking everyone up the bottom.
Factory is ‘founded on friendship’. Andi met Hugo through the Manchester WordPress Community (MWUG) and they soon became fast friends.
Hugo has been involved as an organiser within the Manchester WordCamp community since 2014. In 2018 Hugo was the Lead Organiser for the whole thing. Andi took on the role of Lead Designer within the volunteer team. Hugo has always had a strange love of admin and financial roles. This made him a good fit for WordCamp and now us as an agency.
Hugo has an in-depth knowledge of the not-for-profit sector. He has been able to use this knowledge in both his working and social life while contributing to different communities. He is passionate about making a positive difference in the world. As you can imagine Factory will be able to use these skills and is glad to know Hugo is looking forward to contributing to Factory’s growth.
Over time we have known Hugo, what stood out was his technical knowledge and love for WordPress. Not to mention the North, Good grub, and all things nerdy. So, we were unable to think of anyone more suitable to join our little family #famfactory
So we would like to say a great big welcome to Hugo and look forward to making new memories & business growth in 2019!
