Aubrey Lee Estate Agents & Valuers was formed in 1952, one of the oldest established estate agents in North Manchester. Because of this, they wanted a website that reflected their traditional branding.
Aubrey Lee didn’t want to use the site to perform a property search, since they use Rightmove. So, this meant the requirement was to simply list featured properties and link back to them on the Rightmove website.
At Factory all websites we create are bespoke to our clients needs and requirements. We used the WordPress CMS and created a hand coded WordPress theme. For handling the featured sales and rental properties, we created custom post types. This allowed user input of specific property details such as bedrooms, bathrooms, property types, links to Rightmove and more.
After creating a tailored CMS using WordPress, we created a bespoke theme for the customer facing side. Our site sports a yellow and grey theme which is congruent with Aubrey Lees 60 year old branding, teamed with traditional typography it has an overall vintage feel whist being easily to navigate and read. Finally a check to cross all the T’s and dot the I’s. Our first WordPress Website Made By Factory, helping Aubrey Lee grow online.
