With all the many lines of watches, from high street to luxury, and individual watch retailers around the globe having many more lines to offer than just Movado’s brands, They encountered a problem with training their retail stores, and making sure
Movado needed quick and easy access for retail stores, to ensure their brand message was delivered every time.
Our solution was a hand crafted web application, which
The application consists of multimedia training manuals for staff members at stores, followed by multiple choice quizzes. The quizzes are then scored and reported back to the store’s main administrative account and group account. This means Movado can see at a glance which stores or areas need more assistance in training.
The application has proved a great success and is being rolled out across further brands.
