The Problem

Movado is the group owner of high fashion watch brands, including Ebel, Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, Juicy Couture, Lacoste, Scuderia Ferrari and more. They are a large distributor of watches around the globe.

With all the many lines of watches, from high street to luxury, and individual watch retailers around the globe having many more lines to offer than just Movado’s brands, They encountered a problem with training their retail stores, and making sure third party retailers were up to speed with the latest product information and marketing stories.

Movado needed quick and easy access for retail stores, to ensure their brand message was delivered every time.

Our Solution

We created A bespoke web application, based on cake php for rapid app development, utilising a front end framework to further speed up development and keep costs down.

We also created Multimedia training manuals for staff members at stores, followed by a simple multiple choice quiz.

The quiz scores and reports back to the store’s main login and then in turn back to Movado group’s login, allowing them to see at a glance which stores or areas need more assistance in training.
