The team asked us to overhaul their seasonal collateral to match the on-site experience and help them fill the Christmas calendar with profitable bookings.
The Challenge
Christmas is a crowded market for hotels in West Yorkshire. Craiglands needed seasonal marketing that made it easy for corporate bookers, party organisers, and families to understand packages, pick dates, and book early. - Delivered print-ready artwork sized for on-site displays and local placements, with layouts that also translate cleanly into web, email, and social formats.

The new collateral gave the Craiglands team one joined-up campaign toolkit for the entire Christmas season. Sales staff could walk prospects through dates, packages, and upgrades in a few pages, with every asset pointing back to a clear booking action.
