When two remote work wives get to be in the same room together finally, chaos ensues. Well, that’s what happens when you have two neurodivergent creatives who like to jam-pack their days and eat all the food they can find.
Of course, it began with Trudi missing her flight because she had forgotten her ID, leaving Andi to go wild in London alone. Being an avid artist that gave Andi time to marvel at the architecture, grab coffee number 217 of the day and catch up on emails.
Why London? Well, we had planned to attend an event – but with all the travel, delays and two far too excitable women wanting to catch up, you know how it goes.
Once settled in the agenda of the day was Ai. We have been using artificial intelligence more and more in our digital work and we had some new toys to play with in the form of Mid Journey in Discord. There was hours of fun creating commands and ideas for ai image generation, useful for use in online content as we were also planning something even more fun…our brand refresh!
Killing it With Jack the Ripper
As a history buff and weirdly obsessed with murder documentaries (OK…) Andi knew Trudi would love the Jack the Ripper Night Tour.
The Jack the Ripper Night Tour in London was a thrilling experience for Andi and Trudi. The tour took them through the narrow alleyways of Whitechapel, where they visited some of the sites related to the infamous serial killer’s victims. Their knowledgeable guide also heard stories about his life, motivations and methods.
Along with learning about one of history’s most notorious criminals, work wives Andi and Trudi could get an up close view of some of London’s oldest buildings and streets that were part of the cityscape during Jack the Ripper’s time period. It was a unique opportunity to learn more about this dark chapter in London’s past while exploring its beautiful architecture and culture firsthand.
